Every month, you will have 5 or 10 searches to unlock with the Standard plan. With the Advanced Plan, depending on the version of the plan you chose, you will have 15, 20, 25, 50, 75 or 100 seats. After your current billing month is up, you will have the option of purchasing completely different positions or sticking with the same and monitoring how they progress. With the Premium plan, you will get immediate access to all of the data on the TalentUp Salary Platform.

A Single Search refers to an individual query or analysis conducted by a user to gather compensation data for a specific role within a particular location. Each search is scoped to generate salary insights based on the parameters and filters set by the user, allowing for tailored compensation benchmarking. I.e., Marketing Manager in Warsaw is a single search. When you unlock one search, you can utilize the filters (by company size, sector, funding, etc.) and it counts as the same search; you do not use fresh credits. The benchmarks you unlock will remain available indefinitely as long as you are a paid user. For instance, you could unlock 20 searches today and then switch to the lowest plan (5 searches/month) the following month. You'll have access to the 20 searches you enabled in the previous month.

Uploading and benchmarking an employee means adding an employee’s job title, location, experience, and other relevant details to compare their salary with market data. This helps companies assess how competitive their compensation packages are. Depending on the purchased plan, you can upload and benchmark multiple employees, allowing for a broader salary analysis and strategic decision-making.
