Connecting TalentUp to Simployer (formerly AlexisHR) lets your employee data sync automatically into Internal Pay Analysis, removing the need for manual uploads and keeping your compensation benchmarks current as your team changes.

Note: AlexisHR is in the process of transitioning to the Simployer brand. All existing integrations remain fully functional and require no changes on your end.

Prerequisites

To configure this integration, you need owner-level access within your AlexisHR or Simployer environment. For additional technical details about the API, refer to the AlexisHR documentation.

Creating API Credentials

As an owner, you can generate an API access token from the Access Tokens section of your account settings.

When creating the token, set the type to Public, give it a clear and identifiable name (for example, “TalentUp Integration”), and save your changes.

Once the token is created, share it with the TalentUp team to complete the integration setup. TalentUp will use it to pull your employee data at regular intervals and keep your Internal Pay Analysis up to date.
