Responsibilities: •Assisting attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications •Conducting research on immigration laws and procedures •Communicating with clients and government agencies regarding case status and documentation •Maintaining case files and databases •Coordinating and scheduling appointments and interviews Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, political science, or international relations •Strong organizational and time management skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Preferred skills: •Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish •Experience working in a law firm or legal environment •Knowledge of immigration law and procedures •Certification or training in paralegal studies •Familiarity with immigration forms and applications,
