Responsibilities: •Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company recipes and standards •Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders and handling payments •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area •Restock supplies and ingredients as needed •Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines Requirements: •High school diploma or equivalent •Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures Preferred skills: •Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and equipment •Familiarity with various coffee types and flavors •Ability to work well in a team and independently •Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays •Passion for providing high-quality beverages and creating a positive customer experience',
