Responsibilities: • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing affiliate partners • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to ensure revenue goals are achieved • Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate network • Develop and execute strategies to maximize affiliate revenue • Stay up to date on industry trends and changes • Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns • Provide support to affiliates • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Manage and optimize affiliate marketing budget Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing • Knowledge of affiliate marketing industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to analyze and interpret data Preferred Skills: • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders • Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques • Knowledge of web analytics tools • Experience in project management
