Responsibilities: •Overseeing the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities •Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules •Managing a team of maintenance technicians and assigning tasks •Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs and budgets •Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards •Identifying and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field •Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management •Strong leadership and communication skills •Knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively •Familiarity with maintenance software and systems Preferred skills: •Certification in maintenance management or a related field •Experience with preventive maintenance programs •Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles •Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards •Experience in managing a diverse team •Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
