Responsibilities: -Provide HR advice and support to business leaders and employees -Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees -Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding -Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations -Create and maintain HR policies and procedures -Conduct job analyses and workforce planning -Develop and implement training programs Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field -2-5 years of experience in Human Resources -Knowledge of HR laws and regulations -Strong problem-solving and communication skills -Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems Preferred Skills: -Experience with employee engagement initiatives -Ability to multitask and prioritize workload -Strong organizational and interpersonal skills -Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders -Familiarity with payroll systems and processes
