Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe, productive, and positive learning environment for students.
• Develop and implement the school's mission, vision, and strategic plan, in collaboration with the school board, faculty, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of faculty and staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities to help them improve.
• Manage the school's budget and resources, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and excellence among students, faculty, and staff.
• Liaise with parents, community organizations, and other external stakeholders to build strong relationships and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal education laws and regulations.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise among students, faculty, or staff in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Advanced degrees in Education Administration or Leadership are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in educational leadership, such as a principal, vice-principal, or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of curriculum development, classroom management, and student assessment methods.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, faculty, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal education laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage a budget and resources effectively.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
