Responsibilities: • Participate in the design and creation of scalable software. • Write clean, functional code on the front- and back-end. • Test and fix bugs or other coding issues. • Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software. • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software. • Gather and evaluate user feedback. • Recommend and execute improvements. • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting. Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field. • Understanding of basic coding languages. • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly. • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. • Detail-oriented. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to project manage. • Understanding of algorithms and data structures. • Knowledge of software development methodologies. • Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks. Preferred Skills: • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes. • Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase. • Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies. • Proven experience as a Developer or similar role. • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment. • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing. • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.',
