Responsibilities: •Oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish •Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget •Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors •Review and interpret blueprints and other construction documents •Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards •Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field •Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques •Excellent organizational and time management skills •Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents •Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards •Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred skills: •Previous internship or work experience in construction or related field •Familiarity with construction management software •Project management skills •Leadership and team management abilities •OSHA certification or other relevant safety training,
