 Whereas in Europe, the difference is only 18.64% more for platform engineering!

This narrower gap may result from a more integrated approach to infrastructure and operations management within European companies, where the delineation between Platform engineering and DevOps is less pronounced.

European firms might prioritize cross-functional skills and collaborative practices, leading to a more equitable salary distribution.
