Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. At least two years of experience in a recruitment role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other recruiting software. Preferred Skills: 1. Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws. 2. Ability to assess and evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications. 3. Experience with social media and other online recruiting tools. 4.
