Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain Salesforce database and user accounts • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, and other Salesforce components • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations • Troubleshoot user issues and provide technical support • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and best practices Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Knowledge of Salesforce and its components • Excellent problem solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Experience with Salesforce Lightning • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
