Responsibilities: - Assist with the coordination of projects from initiation to completion - Monitor project progress and timelines - Communicate project updates to stakeholders - Track project deliverables and ensure they are completed on time - Develop and maintain project management documentation - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource management - Provide administrative support as needed Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field - At least 1 year of experience in a project management role - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: - Experience in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello - Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Kanban - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills
