Consult with General Manager to develop annual dealership marketing strategies, quarterly strategy updates, and monthly marketing plans.
Liase to develop annual marketing strategies, quarterly strategy updates, and monthly marketing plans.
Recruit, train, motivate and monitor the performance of department staff. Innovate and develop creative marketing campaign concepts and strategies that meet the business objectives of the organization.
Actively manage search engine marketing campaigns for sales, service and retention. Actively track and report all activities and budgets.
Create compelling and consistent projects from inception to completion; including websites, landing pages, online ads, videos, etc.
Create compelling merchandising campaigns, organization of displays and overall presentation of the dealership and customer waiting areas.
Project-manage team involvement: brainstorming, concepting, planning, and delivering campaigns, events, and other activities, on schedule.
Negotiate media buys as required.Ensure web content is up-to-date, search engine friendly, correctly targeted and optimized for multiple devices.
Oversee event marketing.
Participate in seeking partnership opportunities and evaluating community sponsorship's.
Measure and report on all marketing campaigns and mediums, including websites, adwords, and chat.
Requirements / skills:
Undergraduate degree in a related field or significant directly related experience.
Experience as a marketing professional with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.High energy and vision.
Strong ingrained focus on proper planning and measurement.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics is required; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing tools and systems is highly desirable.
Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, supportive team environment.
Ability to establish strong, sustainable relationships with internal clients, external vendors and partners.
