Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the organization - Develop and implement operational strategies and plans - Monitor and analyze operational performance - Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations - Monitor and manage inventory levels - Supervise and coordinate staff - Identify and resolve operational issues - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in operations management - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of project management principles - Experience with budgeting and cost control - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Knowledge of process improvement techniques - Proficiency in MS Office applications
