Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain operational systems and services • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions • Analyze operational data to identify patterns and trends • Implement process improvements and system upgrades • Develop and maintain operational documentation • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Knowledge of basic system administration and troubleshooting • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision Preferred Skills: • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python • Knowledge of ITIL best practices • Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS and Azure • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and ELK • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Chef and Puppet
