Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain production machinery in accordance with safety procedures and quality standards • Monitor production machinery to ensure proper functioning and to detect malfunctions • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with machinery • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery • Ensure that materials and products are handled safely • Follow production instructions and schedules Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift up to 50lbs • Basic mechanical aptitude • Good communication and organizational skills Preferred Skills: • Previous experience with operating machinery • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
