• Provide legal support and advisory on corporate governance, project tenders and contracts.
• Providing legal mitigation input into risky areas and supporting the Company with the development and delivery of risk mitigation solutions.
• Administration of tasks related to Legalities, including: organization of shared legal folders, processing invoices, onboarding of vendors and budget preparation.
• Manage all external party contracts; with tasks ranging from preparation, execution, documentation to maintenance.
• Support submissions to obtain regulatory and licensing approvals whenever required.
• Support the review and maintenance of existing template contract documents, and where necessary to draft new template contracts.
• Assist with any general legal administration support tasks as assigned by the management.
