The base salary for a Human Resources Specialist in France is 50,700 €

Responsibilities: • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hire. • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training. • Assist with employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, performance reviews, and disciplinary action. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Manage and coordinate employee benefits programs. • Track and analyze employee data such as turnover, absenteeism, and training.
