Responsibilities: • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to applicants. • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files in accordance with applicable legal requirements. • Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new hires. • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Answer employee questions and address concerns regarding HR issues. • Assist with the development and implementation of performance management systems. • Participate in employee engagement activities. • Assist with the administration of benefits programs.
