Responsibilities: • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws • Administer payroll, benefits, and other HR processes • Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Assist with the development and implementation of performance management systems • Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR matters Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of HR software and systems • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate with other departments and teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
