Related tasks:

  • Collect and follow up the requested requirements by the site
  • Implement new projects for local applications and infrastructures
  • Implement improvements in the existing Information Systems to ensure the right evolution
  • Ensure the ownership of the Systems by the user
  • If necessary coordinate: training to user, creation and application of the procedures
  • Assure 1st & 2nd level functional & technical support on the site critical applications (ERP, Supplier Kanban, TCO), and every kind of IT incidents reported by the users
  • Apply the company standards: hardware, software, Security policy, software licenses control, inventory, etc

Requirements / skills:
  • Degree in IT or similar area;- 2 years experience in an industrial environment
  • Experience in implementing new projects in an industrial environment
  • Experience in multinationals companies
  • Experience in installation of software and hardware
