Responsibilities: • Manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support strategic planning and decision making. • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, cash flow projections, and other financial reports. • Monitor financial performance and provide financial analysis to support management decisions. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with financial software/ERP systems. • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. • Excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
