  • High level/expert Desktop support/Help desk will work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, required
  • Able to function in a high-pressure, high-visibility role
  • Able to navigate a large/complex corporate IT environment with many cross-functional teams
  • EXCELLENT communication skills, both verbal AND written (job requires extensive email/text messaging)
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
