Requirements / skills:
  • Strong ability to multi-task and critically think through situations as they arise.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and capability to support multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and problem solve with various departments.
  • Advanced Excel skills (MS Access or other database)Basic knowledge of systems - CRM, CLM, LAE, SAP Business Objects, and Sales Force.
  • Experience with Tableau preferred.
  • .BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to be solution oriented with a strong customer service focus.
