Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in human resources management. 3. Proven track record of successful human resources management. 4. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 6. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex human resources challenges. Preferred Skills: 1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Experience in organizational development and change management. 3. Experience in managing remote teams. 4.
