Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Communicate technical solutions to customers and internal teams • Monitor and maintain technical systems • Ensure compliance with technical standards Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Proficiency in a variety of technical software and hardware tools Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of customer service principles • Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems • Understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting • Experience with customer service ticketing systems
