Responsibilities of the Shipping Coordinator: • Coordinate all outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery of products • Generate shipping labels and invoices • Track shipments and provide updates to customers • Resolve any shipping-related issues • Prepare and maintain shipping records • Manage inventory of shipping supplies Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of shipping regulations and methods Preferred Skills: • Experience working with shipping software • Knowledge of customer service principles • Familiarity with international shipping regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and accuracy
