Responsibilities: • Develop and execute research strategies to support organizational objectives • Manage research projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables • Analyze and interpret research data to identify trends and insights • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings • Identify new sources of data and potential research opportunities • Work with stakeholders to ensure research projects meet their needs • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • At least 2 years of research experience • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: • Experience with survey design and implementation • Knowledge of research methods and techniques • Familiarity with statistical software • Ability to develop data visualizations to communicate research findings • Experience working with large datasets
