Statutory Benefits

Mandatory benefits in Singapore
Employees are entitled to paid sick leave after six months of service. The entitlement is 14 days for outpatient medical leave and an additional 60 days for hospitalization leave, including the 14 days of outpatient leave. A medical certificate from a recognized doctor is required.
