Responsibilities: • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. • Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars. • Collaborate with the recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes. • Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly. • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications. • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies. Requirements: • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position. • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices. • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems. • Ability to handle data with confidentiality. • Good organizational and time management skills. • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
