Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures • Prepare and analyze financial statements • Manage the budget and ensure financial targets are met • Develop financial strategies to support business goals • Monitor and analyze financial performance • Develop financial models and forecasts • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Monitor cash flow and liquidity • Manage financial audits • Provide financial advice and guidance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • At least two years of experience in a financial role • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of financial reporting standards • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis • Knowledge of financial systems and processes • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting • Knowledge of risk management and internal controls • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making
