Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to expand the organization’s customer base and increase revenue • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement • Identify and evaluate potential partners and customers • Negotiate and manage contracts with partners and customers • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders • Monitor and report on progress of business development initiatives • Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Knowledge of the industry and competitors Preferred Skills: • Experience in developing and executing business strategies • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems • Experience in developing and managing budgets
