Responsibilities: • Analyze business processes and recommend solutions using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software • Work with clients to develop system requirements, design, and implement ERP systems • Assist with data migration, system integration, and testing • Provide training and support for clients on the ERP system • Troubleshoot ERP system issues • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements • Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP system Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Knowledge of ERP systems and their components • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Skills: • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar • Understanding of database design and development • Ability to analyze and interpret technical requirements • Experience with project management tools and techniques • Knowledge of business process improvement techniques
