Responsibilities: -Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for a variety of clients -Analyze email performance data and create reports -Develop new ideas and strategies for email campaigns -Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement -Manage email lists and segmentation -Ensure campaigns comply with anti-spam laws -Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful campaigns Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field -Knowledge of email marketing best practices -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Familiarity with email marketing software Preferred Skills: -Experience with email marketing -Experience with A/B testing -Familiarity with HTML and CSS -Knowledge of data analysis techniques -Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
