Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain accounting systems and procedures - Prepare financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports - Analyze financial data and provide information to management - Monitor cash flow and investments - Implement internal controls and procedures - Coordinate audits - Ensure compliance with accounting regulations - Manage accounts payable and receivable - Prepare and monitor payroll Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and with a team - Proficiency with computer software, such as Microsoft Office and accounting software Preferred Skills: - Previous experience in accounting or finance - Knowledge of financial reporting standards - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to interpret and analyze financial data - Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
