Responsibilities: •Provide legal support and advice to the general counsel and other legal team members •Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements •Conduct legal research and analysis •Assist in managing corporate governance and compliance matters •Support in handling litigation matters and dispute resolution •Collaborate with various departments to provide legal guidance and support on business transactions and initiatives Requirements: •Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school •Admission to the state bar and in good standing •Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to work independently and in a team environment •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Preferred Skills: •Prior experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm •Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters •Familiarity with contract negotiation and drafting •Experience in handling litigation matters •Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
