Responsibilities: - Design and implement user experience strategies for websites, applications, and other digital products - Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences - Develop user personas and journey maps - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure product usability - Analyze user feedback and usage data to drive product improvements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, or related field - 2+ years of experience in UX design - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Skills: - Experience with user interface design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite - Knowledge of UX research methods such as usability testing and A/B testing - Knowledge of web and mobile design standards - Experience with Agile development methodologies
