Responsibilities: • Develop training courses and materials for entry-level employees • Deliver training sessions in person or remotely • Monitor and assess trainees’ progress • Create and maintain comprehensive training records • Provide feedback to management on trainees’ performance • Assist with the design and implementation of training programs Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field • Prior experience in training and/or teaching • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to analyze and interpret data Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of adult learning principles • Knowledge of instructional design • Proficiency in MS Office • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Ability to adapt to changing environments and technologies
