Responsibilities: • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the company • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications • Conduct interviews and reference checks • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires • Track and report on recruitment metrics • Maintain and update job postings • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field • At least one year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations • Proficient in MS Office applications Preferred Skills: • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems • Knowledge of HR best practices • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent negotiation and negotiation skills
