Help define, manage, and execute individual product strategies with aligned, multi-year roadmaps.
Lead. As a product owner you will work closely with User Experience Designers, Researchers and Engineers to drive the creation of intuitive solutions that are focused on the way recruiters and managers want and expect to work, and experiences that engage and delight candidates.
Responsible for working with your scrum team(s) - keeping them motivated, making sure that they have a robust, prioritized backlog and helping them to understand how the work that they are doing contributes to the overall vision and success of the company.
Leverage technical skills to create and drive platform services to solve business problems.
Collaborate. This is the key to success. In this position, you will work closely with client product advisory councils and internal business partners to develop a strong and meaningful vision and roadmap for the employee and manager experience.
Leadership & Influence. Communicate product plans & vision with business partners and executives to gain alignment and support for initiatives.
Requirements / skills:
Experience managing an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development team supporting the delivery of web/mobile based product(s).
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally. Creative yet analytical - uses data to support and drive recommendations.
Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary.
Must be a strong collaborator with the ability to explain complex business processes in an easy to understand way.
Self-starter - ability to learn technology quickly through knowledge sharing & learning programs.
