  • Help define, manage, and execute individual product strategies with aligned, multi-year roadmaps.
  • Lead. As a product owner you will work closely with User Experience Designers, Researchers and Engineers to drive the creation of intuitive solutions that are focused on the way recruiters and managers want and expect to work, and experiences that engage and delight candidates.

  • Experience managing an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development team supporting the delivery of web/mobile based product(s).
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally. Creative yet analytical - uses data to support and drive recommendations.
  • Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary.
  • Must be a strong collaborator with the ability to explain complex business processes in an easy to understand way.
  • Self-starter - ability to learn technology quickly through knowledge sharing & learning programs.
