Related tasks:

• Assists Administrator with routine installation and maintenance of Information Systems equipment, including minor equipment repairs, backups and upgrades.
• Provides telephone support regarding software questions, printing difficulties and hardware troubleshooting.
• Provides introductory/intermediate-level training of staff on basic computing terminology, agency network and software packages.
• Set-up and maintain agency security camera system, conduct routine test recordings and provide ongoing equipment monitoring.
• Participate and assist in the IT management of all agency software, in addition to the specific IT management software.
• Responsible for cell phone equipment management oversight.
• Participate and assist in the maintenance of the agency servers and completing system backups and restores.

• Experience working in technical systems troubleshooting and helpdesk support.
• Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with the public, departmental supervisors and staff
• Must have the ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects with organization skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be technologically oriented including familiarity with the Internet and desktop publishing applications.
