• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure that only the most qualified candidates are presented to the hiring manager.
• Utilize data and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of sourcing efforts.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to understand the needs of the position and the desired qualifications of the ideal candidate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
