Set candidates up for required pre-employment testing.
Update candidates where they are in the hiring process.
Coordinate site-specific training.
Interact with union representatives and receive dispatches to staff requisitions (if applicable).
Receive feedback on individual employee performance once job is completed.
Ensure feedback paperwork is completed.
Update employee database and assigns future work based on availability.
Provide regular updates to Recruiter and/or HRBP on issues.
Ensures HR Coordinators have required paperwork to process the hiring of employees.
In the absence of the HR Coordinator, may complete pre-hire paperwork.
Requirements / skills:
Understanding of HR policies, practices, and application.
Multi-tasker: Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Reasoning: Makes sound decisions based on available information.
Persistence: Follows up on issues and ensures resolution. Does not get easily side-tracked from completing work. Detail oriented: Pays close attention to details and work is error-free. Ability to spot and correct errors quickly.

Strong organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Current knowledge of federal and local employment-related legislation required.
Strong computer skills - proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
