Partner with Sales leadership to develop and land the team’s business plans, process improvements and go-to-market strategy, becoming the Management’s “trusted advisor.”
Support Sales Operations core initiatives of business planning, quota setting, OKR Setting, and Business Reviews.
Manage strategic EMEA wide initiatives, on both an on-going and ad-hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global and regional cross-functional organization. Identify and act on opportunities to scale campaigns and best practices globally.
Drive operational improvements for team.
Requirements / skills:
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience.
Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software, and using presentation software to facilitate communication with stakeholders. Strong knowledge of and established relationships within Cloud and technology industries.
Strong SQL and dashboarding skills.
Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills, including experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business environment; ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
