• Partner with Sales leadership to develop and land the team’s business plans, process improvements and go-to-market strategy, becoming the Management’s “trusted advisor.”
• Support Sales Operations core initiatives of business planning, quota setting, OKR Setting, and Business Reviews.
• Manage strategic EMEA wide initiatives, on both an on-going and ad-hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global and regional cross-functional organization. Identify and act on opportunities to scale campaigns and best practices globally.
• Drive operational improvements for team.

• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience.
• Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software, and using presentation software to facilitate communication with stakeholders. Strong knowledge of and established relationships within Cloud and technology industries.
• Strong SQL and dashboarding skills.
• Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills, including experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business environment; ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
