Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients' core Human Resources functions
Design, set-up, and test prototype and production HR solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out HR offerings powered by SAP SuccessFactors
Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors

Requirements / skills:
Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI Applications, in all the area of SAP Human Capital Management(HCM - SF)
Configurations, Business Rules ( Recruiting Management/Recruiting Marketing, On boarding, Performance & Goal Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Career Development Planning).
The consultant should be an expert in requirement gathering, gap analysis, business process mapping, blueprinting, functional specifications preparation, training manuals and configuration related documentation, configuration, testing, training and support.
The consultant should also possess SAP ABAP debugging skills, and should have good experience in supporting production issues (both L1 and L2) in SAP - HCM(SF).
He should possess experience on working on RICEFW and minor enhancements.
The consultant should be efficient in testing the changes in both development and quality environment before moving the changes to the Production Environment.
Multiple implementations & Support work experience in SuccessFactors .
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot SuccessFactors configurational issues .
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
