• The consultant should be an expert in requirement gathering, gap analysis, business process mapping, blueprinting, functional specifications preparation, training manuals and configuration related documentation, configuration, testing, training and support.
• He should possess experience on working on RICEFW and minor enhancements.
• The consultant should be efficient in testing the changes in both development and quality environment before moving the changes to the Production Environment.
• Multiple implementations & Support work experience in SuccessFactors .
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot SuccessFactors configurational issues .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
