Responsibilities: • Identify and source suitable candidates for open roles • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates • Track the recruitment process and ensure the timely completion of each stage • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the job market • Prepare and post job descriptions • Source and screen resumes • Conduct initial phone screens • Schedule and coordinate interviews • Provide feedback to candidates • Negotiate job offers Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations • Proficiency with MS Office Suite Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools • Experience in conducting interviews • Understanding of HR best practices and recruitment trends • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Project management skills • Experience with social media recruitment
